Select DropDown mode, and no to 'keys items' 2. Open the drop-down. 3. Enter "rc" (without the quotes). (Item scrolls into view but isn't copied into the text box). 4. Close the drop-down. Item is no selected in the textbox. Mono doesn't do this currently. Closing the drop-down can be done by clicking the arrow, or hitting Escape or Enter/Return. This behaviour, on open drop-down and arrows keys etc, was added in the referenced bug.
