standalone test case with multilayer tif file
Steps to reproduce:
- tar -xf <attached test case.tar>
- make
- mono test.exe
- The test case will iterate through the frames in a tif file. Close to the
end, it will crash. This test case works perfectly on Win XP w/ VS 2008
Express.
