I retried it and today it happened even with trunk. It's reproduction state is pretty much unstable. Yesterday I saw no failures. Today I see the results _almost_ failing. So, searching for which change caused the fix does not help. And miguel's test needed additional Close() (of course I did it from the first stage and wrote that on IRC).
