If the bug is happening with the _exact_ test case you attached above, then I suspect your environment is somehow invalid. I've just tested it again with both svn trunk and the 2.0 branch (on Linux and Windows) and it works perfectly. Why don't you try downloading the Mono VMWare image to test it there (upgrade Mono to the latest preview) with the above test case? The environment there will be definitely correct. Please reopen the bug if you have more information about your environment or can provide a test case which triggers the bug.
