Description of Problem:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Visual Studio
2. Visual C#
   Windows
   Windows Forms
3. Debug in mono
4. Choose the local profile

Actual Results:

A window pops up saying An unhandled Microsoft .NET framework exception
occurred in devenv.exe [1804] and shows possible debuggers, the mono debugger
is not in the options, it asks if I want to use the New Instance of Microsoft
Visual Studio 2010 debugger, when I select no, VS 2010 just crashes and closes
without error message.

Expected Results:
It should start debugging.

How often does this happen?
every time

Additional Information:
I also tried it with Blogengine

1. Open the BlogEngine solution
2. Set a break point in Default.aspx.cs:18 (first line of the Page_Load method)
3. Click "Mono / Debug Remotely in Mono"
4. Select the host to run it on
5. Wait for the breakpoint to be hit
6. After examining the locals pad, press F5 to continue

Same results
