As in, control sizes shouldn't need to be changed if things are already fine on Linux. On the other hand, there's another possibility: if it's really a control size issue, then that may mean that the Windows WinForms driver is correct, and that it's the Linux driver that behaves incorrectly, and which should also truncate texts in such cases.
