Test App

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US)
AppleWebKit/534.16 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/10.0.648.204 Safari/534.16

There needs to be a way to save files on the device between builds. I have
cache files that can be over 200 mb and downloading those every time I need to
make a change will be huge burden on development.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a file on private storage
2. Rebuild and redeploy the application to the device
3. Observer that the file is no longer there
Actual Results:
When a build is pushed to the device all private storage folders are cleared.

Expected Results:
Files that are put into private storage remain in between builds.
