Description of Problem:
While using fixed size forms & groupbox (I suspect only & only groupbox is
causing this problem), the actual content is out of the form, Which leads to
unaccessible parts of forms.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a forms application using fixed size window and full sized groupbox.
2. Else just download the application I have the problem with from
http://openworld.orgfree.com/projects/sudoku/solver.htm
3. Run the application on ubuntu using mono.
4. Compare the result to the given windows screen-shots on the website
(additional info contains precaptured links).

Actual Results:
Both on windows and linux, the application looks different.
The ubuntu version is cropped at bottom right.

Expected Results:
On both platform it should appear same.

How often does this happen?
Everytime
