Better known as "googlies" (from the cricket term). Basically, one of the developers reports a fault (under an assumed name of course) which on the surface looks completely correct, but has a very small fault in. If we detect the fault correctly, then those looking at the bugs know not only how much folks know, but also their attention to detail. It helps build confidence in the triage team.
