It's clear to me, but we'll need to see how we distribute this file (on
Windows) and locate it.

I've finished the largest part of the generic registry-based EventLog
implementation, and wrote a win32 eventlog implementation.

However, I haven't yet managed to read entries from the event log. Does
anyone have any info on doing this (using C#) ?

Also, still need to write loads of unit tests, which will probably
(hopefully, if the tests are any good) discover some bugs.

Let me know if you want a draft of the patch.
