Can anyone point me to a random CIL generator? As far as I can tell from Google, no one has written one yet. I ask because I don't want to go around considering how to write one if one already exists. It would be useful to do testing on CIL-based tools as described at http://testingsoftware.blogspot.com/2005/10/testing-for-zero-bugs_31.html
