librsvg, but most likely, the problem is that you don't have an old enough librsvg installed to get the appropriate .pc file. Modern librsvg installs a librsvg-2.0.pc. Do you have an app that has a 1.0.x dependency? You are probably better off just packaging the gtk-sharp-2.x version corresponding to the installed gtk+. gtk-sharp-1.0.x hasn't received any love in over 3 years now.
