Miljkenko, I'm not sure you understand how Xamarin studio works. It works on Windows, even for iPhone development, you just need to push to a Mac build server if you want to run it/build it. Therefore Xamarin Studio (with iOS) would probably be possible on linux in the same way it is on Windows.
That said, Xamarin has publicly said that there aren't plans for it at the moment (can't remember where, probably on this list, or their forum).
