In general, my idea was to have a core-maintained monodoc.xml, where we can choose where things go. For example, today things are rooted at /Mono Documentation; But in the future, they will likely be in /Mono Documentation/Reference/Class Libraries, and then, I might want to merge all of those in "Linux desktop". So I rather not encourage people to add nodes to this file, but instead maintain it centrally.
