I have a quick patch for Monodoc that makes it so that we don't put in excess xmlns stuff (we were generating code like <p xmlns:monodoc="monodoc://extensions">)
Looks good to me, Ben. Sorry about that - I hadn't looked at the raw output since I added the monodoc xsl extension functions.
