It takes a few weeks, just because currently am the only active moderator. Also, for documentation on the Microsoft namespace, that usually means that I need to clear up some time, as I need to compare the contribution with MS contribution, to make sure that the contribution is not just some cut-and-paste instead of being a genuinely new documentation bit based on the current implementation.
