System.IO.Path.DirectorySeparatorChar should only be an example for a difference.
Especially in the MacWorld, I don't know what to take care of.
Other examples would be:
- Linux platforms currently need a small shell script for "text.exe" called "test" which contains a shell line "mono /some/path/test.exe" to start that application from the command line. Windows might start it without that script...? Or do we need a .bat file which starts the mono application in a similar way?
in fact, using the binft_misc module allow the linux kernel to associate
exe with mono
- Installers (.msi packages on Windows, ??? on Mac, rpm or ??? on Linux)
- Distribution How-Tos for supporting all platforms
