Hi! This is what we have at pkg-mono:
Unstable (official): 0.31 Unstable (queued): beta1, if you try (as you said) to install mono from unstable you will find problems with dependencies, we have two packages in the queue, but we can't do nothing for this situation, just wait. Beta 1: at pkg-mono.alioth.debian.org we are uploading the last releases, add this to your sources.list: deb http://pkg-mono.alioth.debian.org/beta1 ./ Beta 2: in process, we are having little problems with System.Drawing and the GAC. I suggest you to install beta1 if it's very urgent for you (pkg-mono repo) or wait for beta2 (at the repo to, just change beta1 for beta2). Beta1 is 'nice', however the support for System.Web or System.WebServices is poor, and all this bugs (well, most of them) are fixed in beta2, so.. choose your repo ;-) You can find us at #debian-mono (at freenode).
