I'm working on the Improve C# Plugin for Eclipse (http://www.improve-technologies.com/alpha/esharp/) to make it work with eclipse 3 and mono 1.0.
The final version of the plugin will be ready after the release of eclipse 3 and mono 1.0 The plugin will be under the CPL license http://www.eclipse.org/legal/cpl-v10.html Let me know what are the most needed features.
