I realise it's the entire point here, but I'd much rather have some simple shell extensions for the right-click menu. To use it in VS.NET I would want it seamless... ie, run automatically every time I save. "Test in Mono", however, looks like a very nice tool to put into VS.NET. Anything that makes things easier for companies to care about cross-platformness is okay in my book.
