There appears to be a little secret where mandrake/Mandriva RPMs for Mono are concerned.
If you go to any of the public Mirrors you can find Mandriva RPMs for Mon at /linux/Mandrakelinux/devel/10.2/i586/media/contrib = Mono 1.0.6 /linux/Mandrakelinux/devel/cooker/i586/media/contrib = Mono 1.1.7 I use mirror.pacific.net.au, which is of course in Australia, so the paths might be a bit different.
