Actually, this might be easier than I was thinking. What I probably need to do is install Mono 1.1.9 on my Windows XP machine, and then recompile all the assemblies. That might be the reason it's not working - it's probably looking for assemblies on my Linux box that are no longer there. I'll give that a try tomorrow. I know Npgsql has been upgraded, and all of the pages make connections to PostgreSQL, so that could explain why none of my pages are working.
