I am installing mono in Solaris Sparc 8, I install mono and mod_mono OK, but in mcs I can’t, I do

tar: directory checksum error
I don’t know that happens, I download this library many times and I tried with a version that had in a CD that me had worked in linux, but I continue get the error.
