Although this is slightly uneducated, my guess is that Autocad 2005 uses some Windows specific native routines that will not translate to Mono alone. At the same time, I do not believe there is currently a good way to integrate Wine and Mono to basically provide for an equivalent .Net environment. I am not sure the Windows version of Mono can even run under Wine. Therefore, I don't think that the current time you can do what you ask.
