Hi Jason - that's good to know ... in fact, I just tried out the Anthem-Examples-2005 (having built and run with VS 2005) using xsp2 (wasn't sure if you meant it had been tested with xsp2 as well). The 'Default.aspx' page is ok of course, but the first example 'InvokePageMethod' leads to this error:
Server error in '/' application ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---- Description: Error processing request. Error Message: HTTP 500. Stack Trace: System.NotImplementedException: The requested feature is not implemented.in <0x0001d> System.Web.UI.ClientScriptManager:RegisterClientScriptResource (System.Type type, System.String resourceName)in <0x000e9> Anthem.Manager:RegisterPageScript (System.Web.UI.Page page)in <0x0012f> Anthem.Manager:AddManager (System.Web.UI.Page page)in <0x00014> Anthem.Manager:Register (System.Web.UI.Page page, System.Web.UI.Control control)in <0x0000d> Anthem.Manager:Register (System.Web.UI.Page page)in <0x0000a> ASP.InvokePageMethod_aspx:Page_Load ()in (wrapper delegate-invoke) System.MulticastDelegate:invoke_void ()in <0x0000e> System.Web.NoParamsInvoker:InvokeNoParams (System.Object o, System.EventArgs args)in (wrapper delegate-invoke) System.MulticastDelegate:invoke_void_object_EventArgs (object,System.EventArgs)in <0x00117> System.Web.UI.Control:OnLoad (System.EventArgs e)in <0x00112> System.Web.UI.Control:LoadRecursive ()in <0x001c4> System.Web.UI.Page:InternalProcessRequest ()in <0x000be> System.Web.UI.Page:ProcessRequest (System.Web.HttpContext context) So, looks like (as with MagicAjax.NET) there might be a few things that need filling in with xsp2 for Anthem to be ok. That aside though, I need to get a bit clearer on some Anthem featues - think I might have a 'feature request' but I want to wander through the mail archive first to make sure I'm getting it right before clouding anything ... thanks. I'm the author of Anthem and have tested it with xsp on Mono 1.1.12 and saw everything work as I expected it to. I'd be happy to work with you on whatever issues you might find with it if you decided to give it a try. -- Jason _______________________________________________ Mono-list maillist - Mono-list@lists.ximian.com http://lists.ximian.com/mailman/listinfo/mono-list _______________________________________________ Mono-list maillist - Mono-list@lists.ximian.com http://lists.ximian.com/mailman/listinfo/mono-list
