I checked out the trunk from SVN and after some fiddling with the
MonoDevelop files was able to get it to compile... kind of.  The
MonoDevelop project files are pretty sparse and nearly worthless.

I'm not sure if there's a recommended solution for building cross
platform project (nant maybe?), but you may want to look into that
instead of trying to maintain 3 different sets of project/solution
files.
