It should not show the exception, so you might want to file a bug report against vbnc for doing so (on the other hand "not implemented yet" indicates the authors might already be aware). But you are trying to compile an ASP.NET page - I don't think this was supposed to work. Try using a pure Visual Basic .NET source file and see if that works.
