Thanks for the reply.

I guess I was hoping I had done something obvious and stupid. I'll try break it 
down to a simple test case, the main problem is that I haven't developed the 
.NET code myself, I'm just trying to port the server. 

Thanks again, I'll try to come up with a succinct test case tomorrow.

It's hard to tell what's the problem just by the description. Could you,
please, create a self-contained test case that triggers the behavior and file a
