yes, Daniel Morgan is now looking into trying to compile libgda on
windows, which shouldn't be too difficult.

Then, when we have libgda running on windows, I think it will be much
better to use it in place of OleDb. The features will be the same, and
we won't depend at all on any 'external' non-free library.
