If you see closely, it says 1 Todo and 3 not done.
Every % has its own meaning. IMO for a namespace it means the number of
classes implemented. If you have implemented stubs for all classes, it would
show 100% even though each of the classes inside are 0% complete ;)
When complete, the namespace won't even apper on the status page ;)
