I guess I was looking for some kind of assurance, agreement, whatever that would clearly spell out Mono's rights. Maybe something similar to what Apache has (http://www1.internetwire.com/iwire/release_html_b1?release_id=39838). Anyway, I think I have a better understanding now of the legal side of Mono.
