The mono rpm contains everything you need. There is no need for a separate RPM (mcs, the compiler is bundled in that rpm) > Second, why do you need an already installed C# compiler to build Mono > 0.15? So there's imho more work needed as it was before e.g. on Mono 0.13. You need a C# compiler to compile C# code. This has always been the case.
