Even if we provided the file, you would not be able to contribute in anything related to the parsing of C# because you could not regenerate the parser. And I do not believe that this will increase contributions to the compiler. Very few people choose to contribute to the compiler: it is not as easy to contribute there. It is easier to contribute to the class libraries (and a lot more entertaining).
