Any contribution is welcome.

Most of Microsoft.VisualBasic.dll is an unfinished state, but I recall that the string part was ok, not only stubbed (our status pages show what is missing, or wrong, but not what is completed).

The problem is about licensing: the class library contributions, need to be under a MIT/X11 license.
