Hello, everybody! I've just rewritten the mono windows setup in nsis (http://nsis.sf.net). This installer script is open source and much cleaner than the solution before.
So far no binaries for 0.18, but everybody is free to make some. No need to follow the instractions described in the file. http://mono.jroith.de/mono.nsi Have fun!
