* MSBuildFileFormat.cs (WriteFileInternal): Trimming '{', '}' not
required for new guids.

* SlnFileFormat.cs: Move extra .sln specific info from
ExtendedProperties to SlnData and store that in the ExtendedProperties.
* MSBuildFileFormat.cs: Likewise, move to MSBuildData.
