Could you try to execute vbnc.exe directly with the commandline shown by MonoDevelop (@/tmp/tmp4fd6cb6e.tmp and in the /videos/TankCalculator directory) and post the results? The contents of the /tmp/tmp4fd6cb6e.tmp file would also be interesting.
