(Just out of curiosity, why are you using the .NET SDK? Does it not work with Mono for Android?)
Just gave it a try, and yes I do. I had to add in Joda as a reference JAR : http://sourceforge.net/projects/joda-time/files/joda-time/2.1/. It looks likes there are some Metadata transforms that need to be done as well, but I haven't gotten around to doing those yet.
