* GetRevision.cpp: removed an invalid invariant which made it impossible to get
the first changeset of a repository where old_revision is not set (fixes FS#17)
* GetRevision.h: output the workspace's base directory as "<workspace root>"
rather than an unrecognizable empty string which we get from mtn
