* INSTALL: added dependency information for Botan, PCRE, SQLite, Lua and
(not yet done) GNU IDN. Including Debian packages, but not Fedora or
Windows instructions.
Dropped the paragraph about --disable-large-file since that flag doesn't
exist anymore.
* NEWS: added dependency information, dropped the "internal: update to
botan 1.7.12" since we can now link against external botan libraries.
