* dates.cc: Revise our_gmtime yet again; previous iteration was buggy in
several cases, new version appears to be 100% correct and is also faster.
Add a new unit test, date:roundtrip_all_year_boundaries; this is very slow
so disabled by default. Add comments explaining why we are not using the
standard C library facilities for this stuff, and clarifying handling of
dates before 1582.
