distinguish between author and committer
* cmd_othervc.cc (git_export): default author name and author key to
"<unknown>"; extract key from first author cert to be used as the git
committer in addition to value to be used as the git author; add comment
describing how to extract the list of keys and authors that might need
mapping; remove cleanup of author names and email addresses and rely on
--authors-file mapping; include "author" commands in fast-export data using
value from author certs; use key from author cert for "committer"
