* cmd_othervcs (git_export): read revision marks from the file specified by the
--import-marks option; remove marked revisions from the set to be exported,
allowing for incremental exports; write revision marks to the file specified
by
the --export-marks option
* options_list.hh (import_marks, export_marks): new options for git_export
