Code reorganization to reduce number of modules linked into unit tester (4/n)
Move all the code that interacts with the database out of revision.cc and
roster.cc into a new file, ancestry.cc. (It's almost entirely about
ancestor chains, you see.) Some formerly-private interfaces are now
exposed, but what can you do.
