Code reorganization to reduce number of modules linked into unit tester (2/n)
There is now a 'prog_name' global defined by sanity.cc instead of a
'ui.prog_name' field defined by ui.cc. Also move get_passphrase from
keys.cc to key_store.cc (all callers are there).
