Fix bug in 'mtn ssh_agent_export' reported by Vince Milner.
* cmd_key_cert.cc: Use write_data_userprivate() to write the key file, if
we're given a file name.
* testlib.lua: Unset DISPLAY as well as SSH_AUTH_SOCK.
* tests/ssh_agent/__driver__.lua: Check for the bug Vince reported and
several other related bugs.
* database.cc, file_io.cc: Remove some unnecessary #includes & usings.
