clarify implementation of log command somewhat
* cmd_diff_log.cc (log_direction): new enum indicating the direction log is
running replacing the somewhat confusing boolean used previously
(rev_cmp): change to use log_direction
(revision_loader): move loading of related and implied revisions here, out of
log
(log): default direction to reverse and change to forward when --next is
specified; initialize loader and comparator using direction; use loader to
load revisions implied by those specified in --to; initialize use_markings
using direction; small optimization to use constant references to avoid
copying marking map, doesn't help much but can't hurt; use loader to load
parent/children revisions when logging
monotone --db={your.database} diff
