remove remaining calls to update_any_attrs
* NEWS: mention changes to workspace attribute handling
* cmd_merging.cc (update, merge_into_workspace, pluck):
* cmd_netsync.cc (clone):
* cmd_ws_commit.cc (checkout, commit):
* work.{cc,hh} (perform_pivot_root): remove calls to update_any_attrs; these all
use perform_content_update and the editable_working_tree interface and now
make attribute changes through this interface in the same way that they make
content and name changes
(update_any_attrs): remove
* tests/merge_into_workspace_mtn_execute/__driver__.lua: new test to ensure that
merge_into_workspace does the right thing with attr changes
* tests/pluck_mtn_execute/__driver__.lua: new test to ensure that pluck does the
right thing with attr changes
* tests/attr_mtn_execute/__driver__.lua: add tests for checkout and clone with
mtn:execute attrs
