speed up cert loading in git_export - patch by Felipe Contreras
* git_export.cc (export_changes): load all certs using a single database query
and split them into named lists later; this allows sqlite to use the
revision_certs__id index and goes much faster than loading them individually
monotone --db={your.database} diff
