ChangeLog:
- The HELP_VIEWER installation option is now called HTML_VIEWER.
- Added the FILE_COMPARISON installation option.
- Now use the HTML viewer for displaying URLs like the home page.
- When using the HTML viewer and HTML help files do not rely on Gnome to help
find the help directory.
- Now make use of APPLICATION_NAME more often.
- Likewise UI_DIR.
